Unlocking Minor Factions

Is there a way (and how) to unlock the minor faction in NTW, particularly the Ottoman Empire, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, and the United Netherlands?

Without a giant mod mind you.

you can't unlock all the nations without a giant mod, but you can get a smaller version here: http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/m...category2.html

This usually works as there is only 2 files you need to replace.

what are you talking about?, you posted the strategy informer address, i posted another thread in these forums which tells you how to make the files work

As far as I've understood it's not possible to play as the emerging nations like Scotland, Poland, Norway etc.
