I have got "medieval 2 total war encountered an unspecified error and will now exit" error while launching game with Third Age 3.1.
Can anybody help me?

You can download 3.0 full without having to download any of the other versions.

I just DLed 3.1 Man this mod is great. It's awesome. I'm having a two front side war against the dwarves. It's a good stalemate. One mod I actually enjoy.
