I tested the demo today. In the demo the issue is also present but it's less noticeable (maybe because the framerate is lower. As I said the issue nearly disappears at 30 FPS).

This issue still occur with nVidia drivers 296.10. Could it be somehow hardware related?

I've already tried reinstalling the game, I even reinstalled windows some time ago (not because of the game), it didn't help.
