When doing a katana charge, I always just right click past the enemy so they run into them. But I've been told that this negates the charge bonus? So Is it better to right click the enemy or just tell them to move past them?

You have to actually double right-click the enemy to get your charge off. If you're using the move command to have them attack, think of them as running full speed into an enemy formation with their weapons sheathed.
