Absolutely no mods work!

Hi guys, new here. I've searched around on other forums and on here but can't seem to find any answers. No mods
work. I put the .pack into my data folder and nothing in game ever is different. I've also tried that user.napoleon_script.txt thing and that didn't help one bit either. Any ideas.

Note: Purely steam version.

steam can sometimes interfere with mods try turning Steam off and then try to install the mod again,also check the site where you downloaded the mod they might have specific instructions for a Steam install,most likely you get your mods from the Twcenter try asking around on that site.

Napoleon Total War does NOT have "user.napoleon_script.txt", it has only user.script.txt
