I can confirm I have seen this multiple times but not sure if it always happens. In diplomancy the icons at the bottem don't register that you have the Wood resource even though you might be trading it. I'm not sure if this is just a graphical glitch or the AI calculates the worth of deals wrong because of it.

Do CA even bother with little things like this... they should...
