FotS not installing

Hi all,

After downloading FotS and blood pack I click Play game (to install it as its the first time). I choose Play game, something about Dx11 flashes very quickly (cant see what it says though) and then nothing happens.

I do not have S2 since before. Napoleon runs fine though.

Help appriciated!

please try reinstalling the redist files manually it may solve your problem if not then please post a full dxdiag and we shall try to help further

Ok thanks I will do so. But what do you mean with "redist files"?

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\total war shogun 2\redist.

Once there, use every single .exe file there, including the one in the directx folder.
