The BIOS format doesn't have anything to do whether your Windows is 32 bit or 64 bit. There is only one version.

Strange, when I download it and run it (Might just me doing it wrong), It says its incompatible with my version of windows.
It's the installer that's incompatible. Have you tried @BIOS?
