The BIOS format doesn't have anything to do whether your Windows is 32 bit or 64 bit. There is only one version.

Strange, when I download it and run it (Might just me doing it wrong), It says its incompatible with my version of windows.

It's the installer that's incompatible. Have you tried @BIOS?

UPDATE: FIXED! Thankyou so much Billy, Had a busy week so only did it today but it worked! Used @BIOS to update it, didn't need to do anything else. Help is much appreciated, if I could give you +rep or something, I would
