What's causing my steam account to display this message? I haven't played Shogun 2 in a year but can't seem to figure out what's wrong. The game is up to date as far as I can understand. Every other game on my steam account works just fine. I miss this game, please advise.

Usually, quitting out of steam and restarting it solved the problem for me.
