My Blood Pack doesn't work completely... someone help me :(

I bought Blood Pack DLC from GetGames and activated it in Steam.
The texture of units gets bloody and the bloodstain remains on ground
but the blood doesn't splash when the unit is slashed or shot.
I thought that some MODs may compete so turned off them all(launched as vanilla), but it doesn't work.

Does anyone know the problem like this or some solution?
