Problem with mouse icon and a weird battle bug

Hello,

My mouse icon doesn't change ingame. It stays the same as the desktop one. I doesn't change when I click an attack order or order my archers to fire a something.

In one of the battles I started the map didn't load properly so I looked like my men were running over water. The battle worked fine though and this happend only one. However I haven't played many battles so I don't know how common this problem is.

The map loading thing happend again today, but this time the plants and trees spawned in correctly there was just no ground. Only water quite a bit lower.
