Lag & Stuttering when starting the game

Same problem here. Sega intro and follow up movie lags terribly and game freezes when I reach the menu. I have
windows 7,CPU Intel i7 4470 and a geforce GTX 760 grafic card.

    I'm not sure what is causing your issue. But to narrow it down I would like to ask you to try a few things and report if it changed anything for you.

    Could you try the following?

    1. Make sure all of your drivers (not just the graphics driver, but audio, chipset etc. too) are the absolute latest.
    2. Make sure both Steam and Attila are on the same drive/partition
    3 Set your regional settings (Both Windows & Steam) to English.
