This is my first time buying a game from CA on release day for an iMac and I'm having so many issues that the game is unplayable. He's alluding to the fact that it may take a while before anything gets resolved for us mac users

Yes, its terrible, that they advertise this game with minimum and recommended specs for Mac, I mean, the specs are meaningless, might as well be plucked out of thin air..

Have you guys tried changing the resolution? Most iMacs have quite a high resolution, which combined with poor gaming performance equals low fps.
