Have you had a mod installed? Or do you currently have on installed?

If you didnt get all the files, your game would of crashed.

In the mean time, try and defrag your game via steam.

Try reinstalling or have you patched it to the last patch? Did you bought it or downloaded it?

Yes it does. Steam is pretty good when it comes to downloading patches completely. The only explanation to it, is to confirm to us if you have had a mod installed, that way we can help you...

I had a couple, woops thought id put that in my original post. Most of them were just skin packs and stuff like that that just had 1 pack file, although i did have NTF at one point and Order of War but i uninstalled both of those.

    I know your problem.

You still have your user.scripts in play. Delete them and double check that you dont have any mods saved in your Data folder. :D
