The "morale reducing after half time problem"!

When my friend and I playing siege battle, he justing waited for 20minutes( our battle are settle to 40 minutes),and my army surrendered ,he don't attack my city at all........ i think in H2H campaign, the morale reducing after half time should't exsit, it's mean to encourage us not to use bugs,but indeed in multiplayer campagin, it's mean to encourage us to use bug..
