Game crashes during turn

The game continues to crash after the following events: I press next turn, I play on the field a battle then after it the turn goes on and at the penultimate faction before my new turn begins it crashes. I tried two times, so i attach two files .mdmp.
Are there any solutions? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I play the game without mods, also steam tells me about an error 41.
