Hi everyone,

To help better organise the support forums for the Total War Era games we have decided to create a repository of all previous sticky posts. Any new sticky will stay on for a few weeks and when brought down will be brought in this list.

As a reminder this support forum is a community helped based support. We unfortunately won't have much time at CA to come and help you.

If you need to report something serious please send a ticket to our Customer Service after reading the appropriate FAQs.

Also when posting, please use one of the following tags at the beginning of your thread's subject to indicate what game you are reporting an issue on:
  • [RII] for Total War: ROME II
  • [S2] for Total War: Shogun 2
  • [FotS] for Fall of the Samurai
  • [NTW] for Napoleon: Total War
  • [ETW] for Empire: Total War
  • [MII] for Medieval II: Total War
  • [RTW] for Rome: Total War
  • [MTW] for Medieval: Total War
  • [STW] for Shogun: Total War
Please find below links to the post regarding each games. (At the top will be the FAQs giving you potential solutions to solve issues where as at the bottom of each post will be all the other FAQs.)

Thank you for your understanding,

GENERAL FAQs (valid for all games):

- Technical FAQs helpful for all games + how to post your DxDiag
- READ BEFORE POSTING! 2010 version
- Solved issues check here first - from 2010
