It's really not difficult at all.

1. Load picture of your choosing.
2. Use text tool to write what you want. If you are going to use a bottom and top text it's better to make them seperate entities. Then when you are happy with their style you select both layers hitting ctrl + e to merge them to one layer. (Remember these are layers and can be mover around)
3. If you want the text to be more vivible you right click the layer and choose blending options. There you can tick shadows and glow.
4. Save as jpeg

Easy as ****!

NOTE: Feels nessecary though it really shouldn't. This is not a political statement in anyway, and it is simply a joke at the expense of Warhammer lore and a certain candidate in an election who will not be named.

Ah, much better. He actually looks pretty realistic. I do like how derpy mine looks though, lol.

It's a quite easy edit to do.

1. Cut out the whole of Thogrims pic.
2. Make a new pic with a transparant background. (if you cut out the original pic then create a new one, the measurments of the new one should fit what you cut out).
3. Erase the face of Thogrim.
4. Cut out new face of your choosing
5. Paste it on the Thogrim pic and place it behind it.
6. Change size and tilt using Transform
7. Save as jpeg.

I'm using a more basic version of paint that I got for my Mac, don't think it is as fancy unfortunately, harder to do this sort of stuff with.
