In ProgressIntro Screen Crash

Error step-by-step:

I click play on Total War: Warhammer, game goes to launcher. I click play on Launcher Warhammer launches smoothly with no pop-up messages. Logo screen appears and is loading for 2-3 minutes. After this allotted time the application crashes, stating that it has stopped working, and windows prompt me to close it.

Have downloaded the hot fix, tried verifying the cache, updating my drivers and everything else that i have seen suggested on the internet and suggested by steam and TW.

Any information or help would be greatly appreciate it as having paid for the game it would be great if i could play it

We need to see your graphics card. Click the "Display" tab on the top left of the dxdiag command and press save all information. My suspicion is that your graphics card doesn't actually support DirectX 11 onwards. That seems to be my problem at least =(

Have installed the new beta hot fix for intel and can finally play the game, Thank you so much for your help.
Also discovered that my PC is not registering my graphics card but that is another story altogether...

The beta will only work for Intel HD 500 series of cards so the beta might not help others. If anyone else is still having an issue please create a new thread in the support forums and we will help as soon as we can.
