In Progresstried everything still cant get on

I preordered the game and preloaded it a few days before release. problem was once i finally tried to play it it got to the legal screen and then crash. it came up with the message 'total war : warhammer has stopped working' and ive tried almost everything to fix it. im using intel hd 520 graphics with an 15-6200U on windows 10 and that's worked fine with rome 2 and attila.

also on the launcher it says my drivers may be out of date but i checked them and they're fully updated but it still won't launch.

any ideas that might help?

An issue has been found with the HD500. There is a beta fix out that you might try. The info is in the link below.
