User Info RequiredWaaagh Army Heroes Bug

In my greenskin campaign, the Waaagh army spawned. The hero was level 2 and the game said it was able to rank up, but I don't control the army so I couldn't rank him up, and the ai did not rank him up automatically. Simple bug with a simple fix, have ai control unit rankups for lords and heroes in Waaagh armies please~!

I have played far past the point, will you still be able to find what you need? Also, I can't seem to find my saves or my modified.log within my Warhammer folder within steam, where is it? It is quite strange, many ai armies are above rank 1 but still show the ^ saying they can be ranked up. I noticed this particularly with the waaagh armies though. Would be nicer if they made themselves a bit stronger by ranking up.
