Playing at 4k on large screen, UI is unreadable

Can someone official or smart in the community please help? I built a killer computer to run games at 4k on a 70" tv that I sit about 10 feet from. It runs everything from the new tomb raider down flawlessly. So here's the rub, I really want to play TW: Warhammer at 4k but the ui is way too small for this to be possible.
For those of us with big screens and hi res can we please please please get a way to scale the ui? Look at any other modern game for inspiration.
