User Info RequiredInput not support and crashes on Total War Warhammer

I tried to play Total War: WARHAMMER but was stopped by an input not supported error. I have tried to change the start up properties like resolutions and switching to full screen or windowed. Even after doing this multiple times, uninstalling the game and redownloading it, I still got input error. After being on the input not supported screen for a while I would hear in game sound then it would crash. PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
