User Info RequiredGame Crashes when trying to start a campaign

The Game will Completely crash and lock-up my PC when I try to start a campaign. I am able to play the introductory mission for each race but after that battle the game will crash on the loading screen when the red progress bar fills up

I am able to play the introductory mission, customer battles and quest battles however i have been unable to get into the campaign so far.

Build No- v1.0.0 9738.876614

-I have no Crash_report folder (possibly because my entire PC crashes when this issue happens?)
-I also have no Saved Games (Presumably because it crashes before an auto-save takes place?)

Can you try verifying your game cache integrity please? This might help, if not let us know and we will see what we can do

Hi,

I verified the Game Cache through steam and unfortunately I'm still having my entire PC lock-up, freeze and then restart when the red bar gets to the end during the first campaign loading screen.

I have noticed the same thing happens when I try to run the game in windowed mode (freeze and reboot). Because of this I have also made sure my GFX drivers are up to date and that there are no updates waiting to be installed.

Are you seeing any error message when your PC restrarts? Have you disabled Auto-reboot?

i have disabled auto reboot, but no error message either unfortunately

Could you try running the game in your screen's native mode, please, i.e. 1360 x 768.
