User Info RequiredCrash When starting/loading a new campaign

Detailed description:
So I downloaded the game and played a few custom battles and quest battles which all worked fine. But I then wanted to start a campaign as the Orks. So I go through the options and click "Start Campaign" and watch the intro until the game starts to load the campaign, but every time the loading bar hits 100% I get a black screen and the game crashes.


Note: I am using a 3440x1440 monitor, not sure if that helps.

Details of any solutions that have already been attempted:
- I have tried starting the campaign with all races and Lords.
- I have tried the game both with and without mods.
- I have verified the integrity of game cache.
- I have made sure that all drivers(Graphics, sound and peripherals) are up-to-date.
- I have re-downloaded the game.

Please try these Steps (in exactly this order)

First completely remove all mods (not just disable them, completely remove them)

1. Make sure Steam is set to english language
2. RESTART Steam
3. Verify the game cache for Total War Warhammer (through Steam)
4. Repair/reinstall all FIVE of the redistributables (run as administrator)

Thank you for getting back so fast.

However the steps did not work.
I did them all in the exact order and repaired all of the redistributables, but get the exact same problem as before.

Try starting a new campaign without the mods while troubleshooting, otherwise you are adding an extra variable.

I have tried that as well, I have made sure there are no mods installed or saved at all but the troubleshoot comes up with nothing and I still crash.

Can you post a new modified.log, just to be sure bits of the mods are not still hanging around.

Then try going to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer and delete the following folders:

advice_history
army_setups
battle_preferences
fx_cache
ui_cache
Scripts

Then go to your main Steam folder and delete Client Registry.Blob. After that, re-start Steam and verify your game cache before trying the game.

Here is the new modified.log. I had to delete the one from my original post to post it again (just in case you were wondering where it went).

I also tried your fix and still no luck.

Game still doesn't work even if I use DirectX 12

There's just 0.2 GB of free space on your C: Drive. Please cleanup some files so there's at least 15GB of free space on your C: Drive.

Ok. I have 22.4 GB free now and have downloaded and installed the latest version of Windows 10.

Thanks for your help, the campaigns now work. I re-installed the game onto another drive and that seemed to have fixed it.
