Detailed description:

I try to play a multiplayer campaign with my father. Starting a new campaign works fine, but when we try to resume the campaign from a savegame, he cannot properly join. He kind of starts to join but the does not see the left/right factions. (screenshot 1) After some seconds it says connection lost (screenshot 2). The problem seems to appear no matter which campaign savegame we try to use (zip of 4 different multiplayer savegames attached).
Edit: The problem only appears with the autosaves, playing on a lower difficulty we can restart from explicit saves (but not autosaves). But at Legendary we cannot save explicitly I think.

Details of any solutions that have already been attempted:

Local Network/online network, restarting steam/warhammer, verifying integrity of game cache, copying the savegame from my computer (host) to his. firewall settings seem to be ok.

    From the DxDiag you attached it seems there are some more recent drivers you could install for your graphics card.
    Could we take a look at the DxDiag for the other machine you are using?
    Are either of you running any mods? We strongly suggest you remove these as they may cause your games to be incompatible with one another.
    If either of you have installed or removed mods since you started playing this could have caused the saves to fail to load.
    If this is the case you may have to begin a new campaign together as your old saves my be mod dependant.

    If neither of you have ever had mods installed then please could we have matching saves from both of you? (the ones that fail to load) and maybe even the most recent working saves too so we can take a closer look :)

    No mods are being used. I currently have no access to the other machine, will take until thursday or the weekend until I have.
    We have copied the saves over to the other machine as well, so even with identical saves it does not work, otherwise I can give you the original "other machines saves" once I have access to them.

    There seems to be a misunderstanding, there are no earlier working saves for the legendary campaign, all autosaves can not be loaded. From a very hard campaign we can load all explicit saves (saved through the menu tab), but not the autosaves. I hope I can provide you with the saves (auto and explicit) by the weekend. Still it would be good to be able to have a legendary campaign, which requires autosaves (which I provided) to work.

    Yes please the files you mentioned would help us investigate further when you have access to them.
    Sorry to misunderstand you. Yes for a legendary campaign its essential.
    Do you have any issues apart from trying to load the saves on that campaign?

    No other issue apart from loading autosaves.

    Please can you send us the matching auto saves from both machines and also the other machine's DxDiag if that's ok?

    I attached a working explicit save from the host and client.

    I also attached to original non-working savegames from the client.

    I also added the DxDiag from the client.

    Thanks for the info.
    Having a look at the client DxDiag there are some more recent drivers for their Nvidia 750M which have Warhammer specific qualities.
    Also in the diagnostics it looks as though a few Windows updates have failed, were these eventually successful? Being up to date can prevent issues sometimes.
    Try that for the moment and I'll pass the saves to the them to see if they can load them up in house. :)

    I have passed this to the team and they plan to investigate. Sadly there isn't anything we can do for your current saves but if you try to start a new campaign with you both playing in the same language it should help prevent issues. They hope to address this in a future update.

    Does the recent patch fix the issue and allow for different languages in a coop campaign?

    Not in the latest patch no. Sorry for the inconvenience but the team hope to address this in a future patch. They are aware of it and are currently investigating. :)

    Great - I am planning to play with somebody else but we won't be using the same language. Hope a fix will be coming shortly!
