Can you try updating your GPU drivers as there are some more recent Warhammer specific ones available?
Have you also made an exception for Warhammer in your firewall or antivirus?

I have turned off Fire wall all together...
no anti virus.

Can you attach a fresh copy of your DxDiag for us please?
