Playing current build with no mods.

Most quickbattle games I've had have been fine but it seems like ~10% of games I will get extreme slowdown. In the last 1v1 game I had the countdown timer took 3 actual seconds for a second to tick down. I've noted that the game is set to normal speed and not slow-mo. The game otherwise runs fine and my fps stays consistent but models/units move extremely slowly.

It appears more likely to happen in 2v2+ battles but the last battle it happened to me in a 1v1.

It only happens in MP and I can't replicate it with SP custom battles.

Is this purely a lag/ping issue? My internet is fine but I am playing in Australia, I have been matched up with players from european countries and not had the issue, it seems a bit random.

Next time it happens i'll save the replay and see if it views normally.

Hope this isn't something I'll have to deal with regularly because it's a big mood killer. Thanks guys

Can we have a copy of yuor DxDiag please?
Does this occur in single player battles as well as any custom battles whether they be 1v1 or 2v2?

Only occurs in multiplayer that I've noticed. Made 3v3 customs with ai solo and no slowdown occured.
    Dxdiag attached
    Thanks

When units are moving slowly, are the units moving smoothly, like they would at a normal speed rate or stop motion, jittery? If you have a way of showing this with a replay or a recording this would be really helpful for our compat team to look at.
Is the CPU Usage High when idling/doing nothing? Can you provide us some screenshots showing the temperatures etc if available?

    Something you can try is:
Go into BIOS settings and disable Intel Turbo Boost mode, test and let us know of results.

Let us know how you get on. :)
