Closedindestructible buildings

Hello, i really enjoy the new total war titel, its a great game, but i have a anoying problem in all of my warhammer total war campains. If i occupy a settlement that was hold or raized by some of the norsca/chaos factions the chaos-buildings in the settlement remain and are indestructible.
i consult the support and tryed to solve the problem by backup the game files but i still have this bug.

I've suffered the same thing, in my recent game I captured Wolfenburg from the Varg. When I occupied it it was a tier 2 town with no other buildings. Straight away I built farms and the gold mine, once I upgraded the town to level 3 a Marauder building magically appeared (Sparring Field) and I cannot destroy it.
