So I was playing randomly last week and suddenly my win / loss record went back to zero, and my rating jumped back to like 14,000 on the ladder. Is there anyway to get this fixed? My account name is TheOmegaTroll

Hi TheOmegaTroll,

Do you have any more information what was done between the last time you saw your score being correctly displayed and when you witness the score being messed up?

If you could provide screenshots of both and add any additional information regarding this it would be very helpful for us.

I was playing multiplayer quick matches on 10th march 2017 and after few games my rank, ratings and victories were reseted to zero. I noticed this after i checked my rank and saw that i only had 1 victory and my rank was 35846 with 6635 rating. Previously i had 41 victories and my rank was around 1200 with circa 44000 rating.

Can you give me back my position.

Hello, I suddenly lost 7000 positions in ranked.he last position 325 to the 7300.Alguien know why? I would like to solve this problem, has cost me much to reach the position 325.

I lost over 25,000 points after winning a game. Dropped from 80 to 8112.
Played a quick battle i won checked my rating got to 80 played again straight after won again checked my rating sudenly I'm 8112. I record my rating after each game to see how many points i get so if i only get 5 or so points for the win i write the persons name so i don't waste 20min trying to get only 5 points from lover level players and its not fair to them to vs people top of the ladder when they are just learning.
