User Info RequiredGames crashes when loading any campaign saves

The game crashes everytime I load any of my recent campaign saves. I have added a better camera mod however the game crashes whether this is on or off. My windows event log records the following everytime the crash happens.

I cannot find the mini dump file in the %appdata% location mentioned in the pinned forum post.
