User Info RequiredBlack Screen on Battle Loading [TW:WarHammer]

Hi Forum,

I am having a really annoying issue - whenever I enter a battle the loading bar fully loads - and then I can a black screen with the "loading curser" icon. I have tried many things
-reinstalls,
-changed the virtural memory in CMD (which was stupid because I'm running a 64 Bit so I have changed it back)
-tried playing in offline mode also nothing works.

ALSO The campaign map occasionally goes completely black and I cannot see anything other than the overlay.
I've been reading around on the forums and so far I cannot see a fix for this issue.

Please can anyone help me? I could have finish a campaign in the amount of time I have spent on this !!!
