Description:
Every attempt to join a multiplayer campaign or battle results in the progress popup spinning for a little while followed by a message referring to "unspecified error". How to troubleshoot?

Is there at least a log file I can submit to dev team to analyze?

To clarify I have NEVER been able to connect to any multiplayer experience.

Please could you attach a copy of your DxDiag to a comment please?
Also can you try making an exception in your firewall/antiviruses you have for Warhammer as they may be preventing you from connecting
