Slow motion in co-op battles and desyncs

In Every Co-op battle we have done this past week, we both encounter Slow motion together. the battle is running fine and in high fps then suddenly its like someone has pressed slow motion, this also includes quick battles together, no increase in cpu or network when this happens on the host, so i don't think its some host issue. on the campaign map we also get desyncs mostly on the first Cpu move and when they capture a city on that move. i think the slow downs in battle are related to it desync in battle maybe? its irritating and spoils out gameplay, we have resorted to just auto resolving, please assist

Me and my friend also hade desyncs in battles, "solved" it by disabling beastmen DLC in steam. Not a singel desync yet.

Any actual solutions yet? Me and my friend have the same problem. (We've yet to try disabling the bestmen DLC).
