Hi there,

If you have an issue, unless its gameplay related or multiplayer related, most of the time it will need to be troubleshooted first. This should be done via our customer service (Click here).

Before posting on our forums please use the sticky threads at the top of the sub forum where you are posting to follow the template we have made for you.

You will always need to attach some files. If this causes you issues please read our guide on how to attach files on our forums (Click here).

Thanks,
PLEASE READ THIS THREAD BEFORE POSTING YOUR ISSUE ON THE SUPPORT FORUMS.
