User Info RequiredGame crashes when loading battles and campaigns

Every time I try to start or load a battle or campaign it stops loading more then halfway through. I have reinstalled the game updated my drivers and tried going offline. Its also important to mention I dont have beastmen dlc but blood andgrim and gore.
specs: GTX 970
intel core i5-4690kcpu 3.50ghz
19200x1200
drivers nvidia 372.70
windows seven any help would be nice
