NIGHT GOBLIN WARBOSS IS A GENERALS ASSASSIN

In the last DLC, I'm building a new army, the "Night Goblins"; with a NIGHT GOBLIN WARBOSS, and I tested it. My conclusion: It's the best Generals Hunter that I know of. With all items and potions (but the unbrekable potion) and Great Cave Squig, no General could have beaten me.

I liked that lil' guy because he's cheap, fast and has waagh buff. Now I like him even more, unfortunately I dislike GS as faction, unreliable cowardly buggers. I never bring them to ranked battles, and I even bring dwarfs sometimes. I never understand why ppl find them top tier but let's stick to the subject ...

Are you sure, tested vs all tough generals? Dwarven generals, Vlad, Luen? dragon ogre thing... big bird from sesame street (campaign reward)? All?

The Night Goblin Warboss is indeed dangerous to enemy generals - but mostly *unmounted* generals, because of that massive +40 bonus vs. infantry. Against mounted generals he's only pretty good, and low leadership renders him very vulnerable to Terror from the most dangerous generals in the game, those mounted on Hippogriffs and Imperial Griffons. Also, flying generals have much more mobility than him, meaning that it doesn't matter if he'd beat them one on one; he never gets to decide to fight them one on one, they always get to choose their engagements.

Which is one reason why flying unit pull-through very, very badly needs a nerf.

I tested vs ARCHAON THE EVERCHOSEN, BELEGAR IRONHAMMER, GRIMGOR IRONHIDE and KARL FRANZ (with Deathclaw) and KHOLEK SUNEATER. Only KHOLEK SUNEATER won.

You mean without potions? I just tested it but Karl Franz with deathclaw made fleeing GWB on squig with only 3 attack. And when vs Archaon on Dhorga GWB fleeing almost didn't harm Archaon. I consider GWB as cheap and relatively cost effective lord option, and he is pretty strong vs on foot general for their cost because of its vs inf bonus, but I cannot found any reason that its good vs mounted or large lords.

With 3 potion (you can't carry all, I didn't have the unbrekable potion). If you run when Karl Franz charge, you will lose. You have to fight and use your potions and abilities correctly.

no idea about what are u trying to say by stating this, its not always good to go general vs general. 1v1 among generals isnt a huge win factor at a battle.

I talk about my surprise when I played with this Lord (her cost is less expensive than other Lords).

With three potions I could kill any hero in the game with any other... that's a straight up god-buff. That's like saying "Hey man, my dad could beat up your dad if I gave him an AK-47 and a full suit of armor"

Edit: Maybe not with balthasar or kemmlar, but any warrior lord.

True, but the rest of Lords are more expensive.
