Hello,
Like it says in the title I've seen several instances of wood elf rebel units (singular units) and whole stacks showing up as undead in my grand campaign after being defeated in siege battles. This happened before I downloaded the WE beta hotfix patch, and afterwards.
I've attached a screenshot as an example
