HELP - NTW mod won't launch

Hello there,

I have been having this problem with the Napoleon Total Factions mod, and I couldn't find the solution anywhere.

I had been playing the mod for some 2 years, when all of a sudden, it stopped working. Thing is, it won't even open the launcher .exe file. If you click it, nothing happens, no error message, no background process opens on Windows, no error log, there is absolutely nothing. I have tried using compatibility settings, opening it as admin, reinstalling NTF, reinstalling NTW (which works just fine by the way), and doing all combinations of those, and still nothing.

Has anyone experienced a similar thing and/or has any idea about what might be going on?
