Yesterday(10/02/2017) i encountered an issue the game dosen't start

When I start up the game on steam it says the game is running, followed by synchronizing and then the game stops completely

Fixes I have already tried:
-Start in offline mode
-Verify integrity of game cache
-Reinstall game
-Start without overlay
-Start in windowed mode
-Repair redistributables
-try old and new patch
