User Info RequiredDiplomacy: black screen

I am having a bug when the diplomacy screen displays. The screen turns black and I can't do anything. I only see the cursor and if I move it I can hear the sounds of the interface. But if I click a button the game crashes. Don'th know if it is a bug or something else. It doesn't happen too often but when happen it's a little anoying.

Similar problem here, the game CTD or black screen when I try to open the diplomacy menu. This first happend after the Wood Elve DLC.
Also interesting that lowering graphic options can help, but now it happens again when I try to load my safe from yesterday and I haven`t changed any settings. Also MSI Afterburner says my VRAM is near the limit.

Same problem houres later, as soon as I try to contact the wood elves I get a black screen. Lowering Anisotropic filtering from 4x to 2x did help for the first crash but now it is back, what is strange is that I played with even higher settings without problems before the wood elve dlc.
