Game crashes when i select vampire counts in campaign menu, bretonnia factions missing

I open the game just fine and have been able to load previous campaigns and play them with no issues, but when i enter the new campaign screen and try to start a new campaign, the Bretonnia and new Von Carstien factions are missing from my selection and when ever i click on the vampire counts banner the game crashes. The game does not crash when i select other factions banners. i have tried to open the game in DirectX11 and DirectX12 with same results. Please help with this issue! Thanks.

Try unsubscribing from all mods and manually removing all mod remnants from the data folder then going to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer and re-name the following folders:

advice_history
army_setups
battle_preferences
fx_cache
ui_cache
Scripts

Then go to your main Steam folder and delete Client Registry.Blob if you have it. After that, re-start Steam and verify your game cache before trying the game.
