-NORSCA (LORE, CAMPAIGN, ROSTER, AND MORE)
Norsca has a wealth of lore that CA can grasp some influence and ideas from. I'm not going to lay a bunch of lore down, but I am going to get into the roster and the campaign playstyle.

    The Roster
    Lords
    -The current Norscan lords
    -*Warleader (Could have male/female variants)

Warleaders are proven Norsemen warriors who’ve seen countless battles and are entrusted by their Jarls and Kings to lead detachments of other warriors and Marauders against their enemies. Typically, Warleaders bear many strange tattoos, ritual scars, and most, if not all, have one or more mutations, showing they have the favour of the Gods.
    *Cataclyst

The Cataclysts rival the Exalted Champions of Chaos in sheer magnitude. They can conjure up the most profane Daemons and level legions with their corrupt energy, becoming living vessels of the raw energy of Chaos. Their minds are blasted by the experiences they have endured, and they are mere shadows of their former selves. Cataclysts always employ Daemons to do their bidding and are valued members of any Chaos Horde.

    Heroes
    *Norscan Berserker

Norscan Berserkers are a brutal sect of warriors hailing from the frozen wastelands of Norsca. They are known chiefly for being subject to terrifying battle-frenzies that render them immune to pain and which transform them into unstoppable juggernauts on the field of battle.
    *Soulflayer

The horrid Soulflayers barely resemble their former selves, as they are riddled with mutations. These individuals are warped by the magic they wield, becoming both more and less than what they were. Mighty spellcasters, Soulflayers are among the most potent servants of Chaos, eclipsed only by the Cataclysts.
    *Vitki (Seers and Shamans)

Admittedly, most Norseman spellcasters are Sorcerers, Witches, and Warlocks. All of these mystics draw their power from the Dark Gods, channelling Dhar to suit their needs. Still, in some parts of Norsca, an older tradition remains: one placing emphasis on divination, healing, and prophecy. Whilst most include them in the pantheon of corrupt Daemonologists, Vitki are not blatant servants of the Ruinous Powers, and instead work their magic to aid their people.
    Army
    Chaos marauders
    *Bondsman

The Bondsman is a warrior in service to a particular Jarl. He is expected to live in the Jarl’s Hall, share the Jarl’s food, and be steadfastly loyal.
    *Huscarl

Huscarls are the household troops of the Norse Lords. They are maintained and well equipped by their masters, and are fiercely loyal and frenzied fighters.
    *Reaver

The seas of the Old World are full of terrors, some Human, others subhuman. Among the most feared mariners are the Norse Reavers, brutal warriors who plunder the coastlines in search of foodstuffs, gold, and slaves. They are a merciless lot, hardened from their frequent battles with Imperial sailors and the feeble militias that stand against them. Reavers sail the seas to bring booty back to their settlements in their frozen lands. Others sell their souls to the Ruinous Powers, hoping to attract the attention of their uncaring Gods, and gain the power they so crave.

NORSCA (LORE, CAMPAIGN, ROSTER, AND MORE) continuing... (Legendary lords)
    Legendary Lords
    Mortkin

Lord Mortkin, also known as the Black-Iron Reaver, and Avenger of the North, was a mighty King of the Norscans and the commander of a fearsome army of Norse warriors known as the Fell Legion. In addition to his battleaxe, Mortkin bore the Hellfire Sword and rode upon a Juggernaut, the latter being a gift from Khorne for his bloodletting in the Chaos Wastes.
    *Beorg Bearstruck

Beorg Bearstruck, known also as Beorg, son of Bran, is a mighty Champion of Chaos and chieftain of the Ursfjordings, known also as the Tribe of the Bear, or as they are more commonly known by those they kill: the Bearmen of Urslo.
*Vardek Crom the Conqueror (could be added when we go east in this series  )

Crom the Conqueror, also known as Vardek Crom, was the Herald of Archaon. To the east of the World's Edge Mountains and north of the Mountains of Mourn, the Steppes stretch from the civilised lands of men to the Chaos Wastes. These vast, rolling plains of grass and tundra are home to the Kurgan, savage tribes of nomadic warriors who spend their lives in battle....Crom the Conqueror is of the Kul. A tribe of the Kurgan people, the Kul stake their claim on the lands above the World's Edge Mountains and to the east of the Sea of Chaos, from where they launch brutal raids on their neighboring tribes, sometimes travelling as far as Cathay or the Empire in their quest for plunder.
    *Haargroth the Blooded

Haargroth the Blooded is a mighty and infamous Champion of Khorne and the the Jarl of the Graeling tribe of northern Norsca. Though formerly a goatherd, he proved his mettle in combat when he butchered a Beastkin warlord with his own axe. By chance, the weapon was blessed by Khorne, and set Haargroth on the path to glory. Soon enough, his frame began to swell with muscle and he towered over his fellow Norsemen, thus establishing his power over the tribe.

    Norsca Campaign
-Bad economy. Heavily focused on raiding and sacking to sustain your campaign.

-Only able to capture settlements with special resources. Special buildings to help with trading and economy and armies

    -can do diplomacy with anyone

    -can trade

-can ally with chaos...or fight them

-Tech tree: Sacking and raiding income boost, relations with Chaos, 4 dark god paths that have unique attributes

    - Can only cause chaos corruption after sacking. Leaves a vandalize building that blasts the region with corruption for 5 turns.

    Victory Conditions
    Destroy Empire
    Destroy Nordland
    and bretonnia

NORSCA (LORE, CAMPAIGN, ROSTER, AND MORE) Monster Recruits
    Monster Recruits
    Chaos Trolls
    Warhounds
    *Werecreatures( Skin Wolf, and werewolf)

Many Norsemen are clearly tainted by Chaos, though they would say ‘blessed’ and many of those that may have once been deemed Were may possibly be well on their way to actually becoming Chaos Spawn taking a werewolf form. I perfer the Werewolf over the skinwolf because the skinwolf is disgusting and tragic more so than the werewolf.
    *War mammoth

Great mammoths walk in northern tundras, where some tribes and Ogres hunt them for meat, skins and bones. But some hunt them for war. Capturing one alive and bending it to one's will is no easy task, but if succeeded, the tribe will have a warbeast that can crush buildings and break down the gates of strongholds. Mammoths can be used to break down enemy troops as well.
    *Ice Drake

Ice Dragons live in the coldest parts of the world. Often silver, blue and white colored. They breathe super cold frost that freezes all.

My post from a while ago.

I just want to suggest a campaign feature where factions can kill my legendary lords, and vice versa. Or we could capture and ransom each others lords for a high price. Here's some example ideas:

    3 Strikes your out!:
After three wounded state loses for the LL, I would like the fourth battle to be the killing blow.

    We need'em alive:
I think the chance of capturing a LL should be set up with the current feature of them just getting away in a wounded state. A probability of escaping or being captured. If captured, the LL would have to be bought back for whatever value.

One or the other, or both would be great. But I do see reason to prefer to do the capture and ransom instead, because people may not want to see their LL die no matter how bad they are at the game and keep getting their LL wounded. This goes for the Ai as well to be fair lol. But the Ai's LLs armies losing a battle is rare on my end. So this could work well.

if the LLs would be mortal than the Diplomacy screens would need an overhaul, since the faction leaders of all factions are immortal... they therefore would need alternate Diplomacy screens, like:
    Von Carsteins:
    Vlad
if Vlad dies (and after he has the Von Carstein Ring he should regenerate that anyway)
    Isabella
    if isabella bites the dust
    Random LL

    Empire:
    KF
KF dead and other Elector Counts available due to confederation, like Todbringer:
    Random elector count
    KF dead and G&G
    Volkmar
    Volkmar dead or no G&G
    Balthasar
    Balthasar Dead
    Random Lord

all will need unique lines btw...

oh... and Morghur also reincarnates on a regular base... in the end it would leave factions with actually "mortal" LLs at a disadvantage VS Vampires and Morghur... because these shouldnt permanently die

"because people may not want to see their LL die no matter how bad they are at the game and keep getting their LL wounded"
ah because it has so much to do with "being bad" at the game when the AI once more goes agent beeline after your LL... they only need to be lucky so often... you need to be lucky every time
Every wrong is recorded. Every slight against us, page after page, ETCHED IN BLOOD! Clan Gunnisson! Karak Eight Peaks! JOSEF BUGMAN! TOTAL WAR TROY FOR ONE YEAR EXCLUSIVELY ON THE EPIC GAMES STORE!"

The Empire still hasn't gotten their FLC LL. We need Marius Leitdorf of Averland!

Where is Boris Todbringer? Have you seen him? For a Middenland DLC with Boris and the Ar-Ulric!

Queek could smell their hatred, ratcheted to a degree that even he could not evoke in their simple hearts. He stepped over the old orange-fur’s body, eager to see for himself what it was they saw. But he heard it first.
    'Waaaaaaaggh! Gorfang!'

True. Luckily that stuff is in the data already. Almost everyone as diplomacy dialogue. Can't say it's all voiced though, but that's completely fine. Also it wouldn't need too much of an overhaul, since it's the same as Attila in that the leaders do change on the Diplomancy screen according to the latest leader.
