SolvedTotal War Warhammer doesnt seems to start. SOLVED

Hello,
Im creating this discussion because i tried (at least i think) every "solutions" that i found on the internet about this issue.
It's been about 2 or 3 days that my game dont even run the total war launcher besides the fact that my rome 2 and medieval 2 games are able to run the launcher and be played without any trouble.
It also appears that my warhammer games, which is installed on my computer, doesnt even appear on the launcher when i launch rome 2 for example.
Itried several things to fix this:
-Restart my computer.
-verify the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" on steam.
-I also reinstall a clean steam.
-I checked and repair the register.
-All of my drivers are up to date.

I even tried some voodoo rituals to make it work again.

I need your help in order to detroy once for all Sigmar.

i forgot to mention that i also reinstalled the game in a "clean" way ^^.

The latest one , i cant really check the number of it because of the specific crash i got .

Detailed description:

Nothing really important happened before the crash, the game just doesnt want to start.
In fact when i'm lauching it on steam, my user's image is turning green ( which normally means that my game is launching), but it bacame blue again 20 seconds after that.
In the meantime none of the launcher and the actual game started.
i also want to make clear that i didnt touched any of the actual files and folders of the game before the crash, it It appeared just just like that.

Details of any solutions that have already been attempted:

-Restart my computer.
-verify the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" on steam.
-I also reinstall a clean steam.
-I checked and repair the register.
-All of my drivers are up to date.
-Reinstalled the game 2 times. The first time by downloading it by Steam and the second one using the DvD.
-desactivate my firewall and antivirus.

Try deleting your preferences.script - it's empty and needs to re-create.
