Cant go Online

When i startup Total War Rome 2 i cannot play online multiplayer battles, the encyclopedia dose not open iv checked everywhere and i cant find a solution. as far as i understand awesomium_process.exe controls the encyclopedia so i checked awesomium.log and there are a lot of ( [0405/222523:ERROR:child_process_launcher.cc(226)] Failed to launch child process ) errors I am using steam and running Rome2.exe as admin to get past the launcher and i have reinstalled completely 4 times I am using windows 10
If anyone can help me that would be excellent I miss playing and it would be a shame to stop with only 341 hours under my belt Thank you for your time and ill be playing Empire Total War in the mean time
