(Help needed) can't get back HDD space I had before installing Rome 2 and Attila

I decided to install Rome 2 and Attila on my new PC for a while. The issue is that after uninstalling the games, I seem to be about 6 GB short for some reason; I have 6 GB less HDD space than I had before installing Rome 2 and Attila; with 5 GB lost after Rome 2 and 1 GB lost after Attila.

Can anyone help/advise me?

    Get more space. Set sets the rules for updates and installs.

    From a system view, a Defrag and file cleanup may help a little.
