Legendary difficulty battles

On legendary difficulty even if 10 troops of the enemy survive , they regroup and remain on the campaign map! This is annoying !! -.- any way to fix this?

Its legendary bro! Maybe download a mod to make it easier or reduce difficulty.

if memory serves, there was a multiplier somewhere that made it so depending on the difficulty, a unit needed x % amount of troops to stay alive to continue on the campaign map
