I think I could endure waiting a couple extra days or so for the game. I would like to know if I can alter my delivery address though. Although slim, there is a chance of us moving house in the next 3 months. As such it would be quite unfortunate if the future tenants got my fancy little collection, ha.
From the FAQ: "Will I definitely get my order on day one?
We do our very best to deliver your order on the day of the release. However, shipment delivery may vary according to your location or shipment method. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, giving you an estimated delivery date."
My question is: Do they ship the game on the day of its release or does it arrive at my place the day of the release? Those extras are cool, but not if it means I have to wait longer to play the game haha
I got the High King Edition for WH:1 and it arrived the day of release.
Good to know, I am thinking about it still, but on the edge. Any others with the same experience as Commissar_G?

I changed the delivery address for the High King Edition a week before it arrived so I could have it delivered to work instead of home.

Yup, I got the High King edition as well. In fact both were delivered (My brother wanted one as well so had them both delivered to same address). Got it day of release but I think for people who had bought the High King edition much later than when it first was available there was some issues with their deliveries taking a bit longer. So I would order it as soon as if you want to make sure it arrives day 1.
Update on our Australian store page; it's on the way we just have some things to iron out to do with delivery and exchange rates. Stay tuned and we'll post as soon as it's available
Huzzah! Finally a staff response regarding Australian issues. 'Tis such a relief. Now... I wait even more, but this time with knowledge that something is being done.

Hi. Please add an ability to deliver it to other countries (to Russia, for example). I can afford additional mailing expenses, just don't want to use 3rd party services.

You are right, I don't know why some countries are off the radar.
I want to buy the serpent god edition but I received the High King edition a week after the game was launched - is there anything CA is doing about this? It would be great to be able to claim the game through steam early by receiving an email with the steam key.
Did anyone of you get their payment confirmation from paypal when buying the serpent god edition? I tried contacting the support through the email provided in the confirmation mail but i did not recieve anything from paypal and i can't get an answer to this question from anywhere
Not sure if this is an issue on my side but i dont own a creditcard and therefor went for the paypal option, only when i end up at my paypal account to pay it asks me to add... yep a creditcard for the payment.
If this is working as it should then i dont really get it why there is a paypal option to begin with, but hopefully somebody will tell me something is wrong on my side.
you could buy the serpent god edition??? My link hasnt gone live, still get the error 404 on the page. Are you guys Alex33 and Svartal in Australia??
I didnt had any problems with 404 errors on any of the pages for the order.
Only i coundt complete the order becaus as i mentioned once at paypal i had to add a creditcard and the whole reason i picked paypal was to avoid the need of a creditcard for the payment:p
No i dont have a problem with paypal + i live in europe and i have a credit card too. Normaly when i order something with paypal, paypal sends a confirmation e-mail. But i got nothing and support isn't answering me. It gets a bit frustrating now tbh

0 · Disagree AgreeIn the FAQ they say that, in order to get the bonus (the reworked Faction for free), you need to buy from a SEGA approved retailer.
-"Do all Early Adopters get the Race Pack DLC for free?
Yes, anyone who purchases Total War: WARHAMMER II in the early adopter period from a SEGA approved retailer will receive the Race Pack DLC for free"-
So, how do i know which is a SEGA approved retailer?
Is there a list somewhere i can check?
Never mind i think i found the list on this site here: sega.com/sega-approved-partner-list
