Saved co-op files disappearing

I have a strange issue where some of my saved co-op files are not showing up on the list when I 'resume as host'. What is strange is my files show up in the appdata folder path, AND they show up in-game when I'm playing a co-op game and use the save function, it shows up on the list as a file I can overwrite. I cannot find any solutions to this problem.
