Skarsknik waagh has a great goblin shaman as a hero that can't use spells

Build: V1.6 14491.1150947 (modded)
It says modded but i'm not runing any mods, on launcher everything is disabled-
Detailed description:
Skarsknik waagh has a great goblin shaman as a "hero"; he doesn't have access to any spells.
To confirm it is not a night goblin shaman (which is the normal hero unit)
Reproduction Steps:
- skarsnik to 80 fightiness
- sumonad waagh army has night goblin warboss as Lord and a great goblin shaman .

Details of any solutions that have already been attempted: no idea how to correct this, sorry.
